The City of Wichita Falls has updated its declaration of disaster with new guidelines.

The changes will go into effect on Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.

The city has made the following changes:

• Anyone who is getting carryout food must leave the premises of the restaurant within five minutes of receiving their food or drinks. This includes indoor and outdoor facilities and parking lots.
• Personal Grooming Establishments, including manicuring, pedicuring, facial treatments, cosmetic applications, chemical applications and massage parlors are prohibited from being open. This does not include include barber shops, hair and styling salons.
• Tattoo parlors and studios are prohibited from being open.

A shelter-in-place order has not been given at this time.

The declaration will continue to take effect until 1:00 p.m. on April 8, 2020, unless continued, modified or rescinded.
