In the hopes of breathing a breath of fresh air into the city, Burkburnett city commissioners approved their final downtown master plan Monday night.
City officials will now move forward with their plan that’s been in the works for months with the hope that it helps grow the city’s economy and support the growth of small town business.
“If we can get that revitalized, I really think we would attract a lot more people to move to Burkburnett,” Lawrence Cutrone, Burkburnett city manager said.
